Are your emissions solutions legal?
The legality of emissions related modifications varies by country, region, and how the vehicle is used.
Our emissions solutions are provided strictly for vehicles used outside of the public road network, such as off road, motorsport, or race applications, and for vehicles not required to undergo emissions testing. If a user is prosecuted for using these solutions outside of our intended use, TDI Flasher and all associated parties accept no liability.

Will my car pass an MOT or inspection with emissions solutions applied?
Our emissions solutions are designed for off road and race applications, not for passing MOTs or roadworthiness inspections. If your vehicle is subject to emissions testing, do not apply emissions solutions.

Can I apply your emissions solutions over my existing tune?
If your ECU is already tuned using TDI Flasher, flashing again will overwrite the existing tune. This is safe, but you will end up with only the options currently selected in the app.
If your ECU was tuned by another provider, applying a file from TDI Flasher will replace that calibration with ours.

I would like to add a tune and an emissions solution
To flash a tuned file and an emissions solution together, you will need a Stage 2 licence. Once Stage 2 is selected in the app, you can choose the emissions solution(s) you want to apply alongside the tune.

I want to use the DPF emissions solution
The DPF solution requires mechanical modification to the exhaust system. Using a DPF solution without the required hardware changes can cause serious issues and may result in catastrophic failure.
If the mechanical work has been completed, you can flash either:
the DPF solution on its own, or
a Stage 2 tune with the DPF option selected
This disables DPF functions in the ECU, stops regenerations, and removes the related DPF faults.
Always ensure you understand and comply with the regulations in your country or region.
