Can I use the adapter on a different car or is it locked to my car?

The adapter itself isn’t locked to a single vehicle, so you can use it on as many cars as you like. However, each tuning (flash) licence is tied to one specific VIN and can only be used on that vehicle.

So if a friend or family member wants to tune their car, you’re welcome to use the same adapter - they’ll just need to purchase their own flash licence for their VIN.
